By accessing or using the Sniip Identity platform (the "Service") operated by Sniip Pty Ltd ("Sniip Identity", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Sniip Identity provides identity verification services including liveness detection, face comparison, and document verification through REST and gRPC APIs. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

We target 99.9% uptime for Pro and Enterprise plans. Specific SLA terms and remedies are detailed in Enterprise service agreements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service for Free or Starter plans.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, documentation, and branding, is owned by Sniip Pty Ltd. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as intended.
